How do I make a reservation?
You can use the search options selecting the accommodation type, the province and the destination preferred. Each page will show you the accommodation features including location, room types, rates. Choose the accommodation you prefer and reserve it in 3 easy steps. Fill in the forms and in few hours you will receive the confirmation of the accommodation availability by e-mail or phone. Once you have received the availability notification you need to confirm the reservation within 48 hours. Our staff will send you a confirmation voucher that you will hand to the accommodation reception office.

Is it safe to fill in my credit card number?
Yes. Your credit card data will be handled confidentially by the Banca Sella S.p.A. "credit card verification system".

Will HotelinPuglia.it debit my credit card when I make the reservation?
Your credit card data are required to guarantee your reservation and will be sent to the vacation property that you chose. The payment will be made directly to the reception office so that nothing will be charged to your credit card. If you fail to cancel the reservation in time your credit card will be charged with the cost of the first night.

If you cancel the reservation within the terms stated in the cancellation policy, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Should I print out my reservation confirmation?
Once you hace received the confirmation e-mail, please print it out and show it at your arrival.

The accommodation property must provide an alternative solution of equal or similar value.

Where can I find directions to the accommodation property?
On the property page you find location, direction details and an extensive map of the area around your lodging. More details will be given, after you have made the reservation, in the confirmation email.
